In resposnes to your discussion of Damage meters:

I think that the damage meters should be confined to raid leaders and other guild officers. This prevents spamming the meters into chat and limits the e-peen measuring. I am actually a big advocate of using Wow Web Stats or World of Logs as a source of information. These are not real time, but use the combat logs of one or more participants of the raid and include all abilities, not just DPS out put. I feel this makes these resources more useful overall in making adjustments to rotations, fixing problems and optimizing the raid overall.

And I feel that a Lil’ KT would be a welcome addition to the raids I participate in.
