Icesnake’s Add-on Emporium Addendum: Rethinking Grid

[Jan 29, 2010] by: Icesnake Frostfyre Share

Back in Segment #4, I told you about Grid. Our hosts mentioned Healbot in the same episode, and since I had never tried it, I thought “why not” and installed it.

All I can say about Healbot is “AWESOME!

Dump Grid. Seriously. Run WoWmatrix or go to Curse or WoWinterface and get Healbot. Do it now.

I can appreciate grid for some things. But finally, you have seen the light in Healbot. I’ve been using Healbot since about, I don’t know, Burning Crusade, and I keep trying to find something else that can replace it but I can’t lol.

It’s my favorite tool for all of my toons, obviously my resto druid main, for decursing and buffs for my mage and paladin.

Good good stuff :D Keep up the great work

    I run Alliance, too. ;)

I run Vuhdo, which I learned about on PlusHeal.com. I actually like it better than healbot, which I’ve since uninstalled. It’s very similar but easier to configure and the developer is very active on the forums, which is nice.

I have to agree with Whimzee. I love Vuhdo! I used healbot since pre-BC but ever since I found out about Vuhdo I haven’t looked back.

Please, if you’re going to recommend an add-on, include a link to the primary download site.

You can get Vuhdo on Curse and there’s a lot of support for it on Plusheal.com
