The Worgen female model controversy still rages on here at WoWphiles as well as throughout the Warcraft Community. I decided to showcase the model and animations of the Worgen female to give you all another look beyond just a still image.

After seeing her on the character creation screen I am still sticking with my opinion that the new model is definitely the way to go.

I’m seeing a lot of complaints in the World of Warcraft Community about the look of the Worgen Female model. I’ll admit that I was part of the crowd that thought the first look we got of the female Worgen was too soft. Now that we are seeing an updated model a whole new crowd is fired up about how angry and “ugly” the new model looks.

Update 9/19 – It looks like Blizzard has indeed confirmed that Running Wild will be the Worgen “mount”.

Running Wild is indeed the new racial “mount” for worgen. Functionally the ability works exactly like a mount. This does mean the worgen are not bringing faction mounts to the table which other Alliance races can access. This is also of course very different from the original Plainsrunning implemented
